Any changes to booking details must be made in writing and will be of no effect unless acknowledged in writing by the Restaurant.

Cancellations and No-shows

Our cancellation terms are 24 hours for bookings up to 4 people and 48 hours for booking above 6 people. We operate a strict no-show policy. In the event of a cancellation within 24 or 72 hours or a no-show we reserve the right to charge a cancellation fee of £20 per person booked.

Group Bookings and Set- Menus

Bookings for 10 people and above will be required to pay a deposit of £20 per person

- on receipt of payment the booking will be confirmed.

The deposit will be redeemed against the final bill, of course.

Deposits need to be paid 1 week prior to the event and upon confirmation of a final number of people attending.

Deposits are non - refundable should cancellations be made within the 48 hours of cancellation policy. If you wish to reschedule your booking to a later date and give more than 48 hours' notice, we will happily transfer your deposit to the rescheduled date.

Bookings for 10 people and above will be required to choose the same menu for all members of the party (Events Menu).

Any allergy and/or intolerance must be notified to the Restaurant at the time the menu is selected.

Your choice of menu and wines must be submitted at least 7 days prior to the booking. Occasionally certain dishes and wines become unavailable at short notice due to supply difficulties. In this event, the Restaurant will contact you immediately to propose an alternative.

Final Numbers

Final numbers for any booking must be confirmed in writing at least 2 business days prior to the date of the booking.

The Restaurant reserves the right to charge for the full number of people booked if it has not been provided with notice of a reduction in numbers at least 2 business days prior to the date of the booking. The amount charged will be £10 per person or such other amount per person reflecting the value of the menu selected by you for this booking.

The Restaurant will make every reasonable endeavour to accommodate any increase in numbers and will charge accordingly for providing this service but cannot be held responsible for failure to provide such accommodation or service.

Prices

Prices include VAT at the prevailing rate but exclude a discretionary service charge of 12.5%.

All prices are current at the time of going to print and include VAT or other government taxes where appropriate.

The Restaurant reserves the right to amend prices to consider any changes in the rate of VAT or other taxes.

Any queries or complaints concerning the bill must be submitted in writing within 5 business days of the date stated on the bill.

Venue Hiring

Pascor provides venue hiring for functions on our first floor for up to 34 people seated and 40 standing upon payment of a £20 deposit per person and agreement of minimum spending.

The ‘minimum spend’ is the least amount of money a party must spend for the exclusive use of certain areas – just in case you didn’t know.

If you reach the minimum spend, we’ll ever so happily refund your deposit in full.

Unfortunately, if the minimum spend is not quite reached, then deposit monies will be retained to the value of the shortfall against the agreed minimum spend.

Please contact us for the current minimum spending for use of certain areas.

Please note our minimum spending may vary during the festive period.

Allergies and Intolerances

Any guest allergies and intolerances should be clearly notified to the restaurant.

Guests with severe allergies or intolerances should be aware that although all due care is taken, there is a risk of allergen ingredients still being present. Please note, any bespoke orders requested cannot be guaranteed as entirely allergen free and will be consumed at the guest’s own risk.

Guest Conduct

Guests shall be responsible for the orderly conduct of the function and shall ensure that nothing shall be done which will constitute a breach of the law or in any way cause nuisance or be an infringement of or render a possible forfeiture or endorsement of any licenses for the sale of wine, beer, spirits or for music and dancing or exhibition. In particular, you shall ensure there is no illegal use of narcotics, betting, or gaming.

No pets are allowed inside the Restaurant, we have an open plan Kitchen.

The Restaurant reserves the right, in its absolute discretion, to refuse entry to or eject guests if at any time, in the view of the Restaurant, their behaviour is unsuitable.

Your property

The Restaurant is not liable for you or your guests’ property, even if such property is lost or damaged whilst on the Restaurant’s premises unless it is of the fault caused via staff's negligence.

Force majeure

Failure to perform any term or condition of the Terms as a result of conditions beyond either party’s control including, but not limited to, war, strikes, riots, fires, floods, acts of God, governmental restrictions, and power failures, shall not be deemed a breach of the Terms.

Restaurant Logos and Intellectual property

Guests shall not use the Restaurant’s logo or other intellectual property rights without the Restaurant’s prior written consent.

Where consent is given by the Restaurant your right to use any logo or intellectual property rights shall be limited to the event or meal and any promotional materials you may create in connection with it will have to be first approved by the Restaurant. Any unapproved materials using any logos or intellectual property rights of the Restaurant must be immediately destroyed.

Third-Party Suppliers

If you wish to employ a photographer, toastmaster, band, musician, or any other person to attend your event, you must notify us and obtain our consent to do so.

If the Restaurant consents to your employment of any such third party, it will be your responsibility to ensure that Pascor is fully informed of all arrangements. Furthermore, you must ensure that the third party provides adequate insurance and observed all health and safety requirements.
